この商品は陸上競技のうち特にトラック＆フィールド競技でのスピードアップのためのトレーニングアイテムです。スピードは「推進力×ピッチ力」で決まると言われていますが、その「ピッチ力」を鍛える効果的なトレーニングである「階段昇降」をオールウェザー用スパイクを履いたままで行える画期的な商品です。

●製品エピソード
大阪府南河内地区にある陸上競技団体「河南陸上クラブ」の代表であり、2023年の大阪陸協の短距離強化コーチでもある田中先生にご協力をいただき、陸上競技トレーニングにおけるゴムの有用性を具体化した商品の一つです。とにかく正しいフォームで足を素早く動かすことでピッチ力を強化する階段昇降トレーニングですが、これまではコンクリートブロックや角材などを利用して練習されていたそうで、その場合、スパイクを履いて練習することができなかったそうです。ゴムの利点である適度なクッション性がスパイクの使用を可能にしたことで、スパイクの正しい接地を意識したより効果的なピッチアップトレーニングを行えるようになりました。

より実践的なフォームでのトレーニングが可能です

階段昇降ゴムに対して、全てのスパイクピンがしっかり接地することを意識してトレーニングを行えるので、正しいフォーム、正しい力の入れ方を反復練習できます。上からではなく斜めから接地した場合などフォームが崩れた場合にゴムがズレるため、フォームの良し悪しが一目でわかります。

コンパクトタイプは携帯しやすく便利です

コンパクトタイプは通常品より小さく軽いため持ち運びに便利です。大会に持参し、スパイクを履いたままウォーミングアップを行うなど普段のトレーニング以外のご使用もしやすい商品です。スタンダードタイプより動きやすく、しっかり真上から接地しないとすぐにゴムが動いてしまいます。ある程度の技術が必要となります。正しいフォームに慣れた方のさらなる技術向上に向いています。

別売の『陸上競技専用トレーニングゴムマット』やオールウェザートラックなど、普段の練習でオールウェザー用スパイクを履いて練習できる環境がない場合にもお使いいただけるよう陸上競技専用トレーニングゴムマットをセットにした商品もご用意しました。

マット使用時、階段昇降ゴムとの間に小石などがある場合ズレやすくなりますので、設置前に掃いてからご使用ください。

※スパイクはオールウェザー用スパイク(平行ピン)タイプをご使用ください。
※ゴム特有の臭いがあります。臭いの感じ方は個人差がありますが室内利用される際は充分にご注意ください。止むを得ず室内で利用される場合にはしっかりと換気のできる空間でご使用ください。風通しの良い場所で陰干ししていただくと臭いはマシになりますが、ゼロにはなりません。
※色が移行する場合がありますので、接地する部分にご注意ください。
